The following proposal is for comprehensive cleaning services with regards to pre and post occupation and carpet cleaning, among other services. Below is the proposed standardised costing of our product for clients on a pre-occupation, post-occupation, once-off and contract basis ON RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS. We have a variety of industrial and domestic cleaning equipment, e.g. steam cleaners, high to medium pressure cleaners, vacuum cleaners, brooms, buckets, mops, industrial carpet cleaners, window cleaning equipment, scrubbers, floor strippers, and all necessary equipment.

We understand the building, fitting, and finishing process and over the years have become quite renowned for our ability to deliver on high-pressure pre-occupation cleaning and assist with snag lists. KPC’s involvement from the beginning assists with on-time delivery of projects as well as limitation and rectification of snags. |
A. LARGE COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
Prices are individualised according to the size of the building and the scope of the building.
Other VALUE ADD SERVICES are, for example, that we have an OB book where we write down any security and maintenance issues encountered during our cleaning route. These are reported to head office which then passes these onto the client’s office (depending on urgency) on a weekly basis. The price would be less and highly negotiable on larger buildings!
B. INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTIAL UNITS (e.g. Pre and post occupation)
We do pre and post occupation of residential units for various estate agencies. Please note that we supply our own material and labour. Therefore, there is no cost to the agency in terms of operational costs and or any other costs associated with implementing the contract.
